Aurelio's Pizza Cedar Lake

First time trying Aurelio's Pizza in Cedar Lake as just moved into the area. I received a coupon for a new resident free medium pizza so ordered that and another large pizza. I am giving 5 stars as the pizza was on time when I picked it up, the customer service was great - the person working there gave it to me with a smile and answered my questions about the rewards on the app (she gave me the receipt and advised to scan the code on the receipt into the app). The pizza was delicious. Below are 2 photos of what I ordered - medium was cheese, pepperoni and black olives and the large was the cheese, sausage, mushrooms and peppers.

When traveling to Griffith, we stopped here, my favorite pizza of anywhere I have lived. It was the usual amazing! Our server was super friendly too:)

I went for the Tues. night buffet. Everything was great! Not a ton of options but what they served was fire! Food was very good and fresh. The server girls were kind and professional and the place was clean. Two thumbs up!!!

Went up to cedar lake for family business and stopped in before the event to eat supper. Aurelios is my favorite pizza in the region. (Thin crust) We ordered a family salad,breadsticks,drinksand pizza for the 4 of us.Got the salad and stix pretty promptly but the pizza was still MIA. After being there about an hour overall it was time for us to go to our event. I was going to box up the pie and get going,not to be late, no big deal because we weren't starving now. Our waitress came by a few minutes later and said they were just putting our pizza in the oven and it would be 10 minutes or so to get it. Very apologetic and it was a simple mistake. I told her our situation and that we really needed to go and she walked away. Upon returning a minute later she comped our pizza,salad,,stix and drinks. We had to pay nothing. Also instead of waiting on that pizza she had us order a new one after our event to take home fresh since our event was down the street. I also ordered another one as well for leftovers,that's why theres 2 fiestas in my pic. Her name is Gionna,(spelling) and we so appreciated her over and beyond kindness and professionalism!! This slip up will never deter me from the Aurelios brand or the Lake location. The place is clean and the food was spot on killer as usual. We live 2 hours south and Aurelios is my treat when in the area. Thank you Miss Gionna!!

Female staff is very professional, courteous, and prompt! Always a nice experience with a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you and see you soon.

My cousin suggested a favorite pizzeria near Cedar Lake, Indiana. Best pizza ever. Service was amazing and fast. The place was packed and I will definitely be back.

We had it the prize, get together for my niece. The place was not busy. I don't know if the waitress was busy, but she did not pay that good attention to us. By this is fiance, ordered 4 large pizzas. I had to look for the waitress because we weren't done ordering. And then when I found her, we got our salads right before our pizzas came out. I know we weren't her only table. I'm sure she was a little busy, but the place really wasn't busy to where she couldn't have handled us. And a lot of restaurants will give you another table until after your food goes out. I don't know how aurelios works, but most of them do that. The pizza was okay. I've had much better pizza from aurelios. Maybe it was just the one in Cedar Lake. That's the first time I had eaten there in quite a while. Once the waitress was caught up, things went pretty smoothly.
